Read the number. Check the sample.

Start with what was measured, then choose the right comparison. These short guides explain the statistics already available on MatchDaySync.

Start with the sample

A rate can look precise while describing only a few measured matches. Learn how the denominator changes, why missing values stay missing, and how an observed frequency differs from a prediction.

Read samples and missing values. Includes a worked example you can change.

Choose a useful window

A season, a club's latest six games and a league's last six matches answer different questions. Half-time, second-half and exact-round tables also need their own valid inputs and ranking rules.

Read windows and period tables.

Separate an estimate from a result

A model can produce a probability without proving it is reliable. Understand the independent club prototype, its score grid and the separate World Cup archive methodology.

Read model estimates and their limits.

Keep researching

Threshold explorer shows observed goal, corner and card frequencies. Stats Studio compares selected club metrics. The CSV reference explains the actual downloadable files and includes a safe path builder.

For short definitions use the existing glossary. For source coverage see data status, and for general questions use the FAQ.
